After several liver flushes I started to pass smaller and smaller amounts of stones - i came to a level where i think it’s no longer a showstopper. Then i began VCO fasts (eating 2 tblsp coconut oil every 2 hours or so), which normally yield some very strange stuff (dead fungus?). What really bothers me: You do your LF around 10 pm. Do you know why at 10pm and not at 7am? Because at this time blood supply in the galbladder/liver area is the best, giving them 10 or more times power to expel bile. The Chinese knew that - it’s the body clock and energetic min/max time of every organ. My question is: then why do all the diet-masters say YOU SHOULDN’T EAT in the evening and it’s recommended that last meal of the day is before 6pm? Why do they recommend _light_ breakfast? Thanks for your reply! I was just wondering... because it seems all LFs that I did helped gb/liver a lot. But at the same time might have made candida condition worse. And while staying on healthy diet, I didn’t take any probiotics nor did I consume organic kefir/yoghurt/sauerkraut, I was too lazy/miseducated. And unless you had gone through all the candida pain and you already know how important it is to have microflora balanced - you wouldn’t have done it either... why to bother with cultured foods or pay for probiotics. Can it be that Liver Flush might destroy gut flora balance? When expelled bile (alkaline) reaches large intestine, it might mess with PH there (should be slightly acidic)? If you do it too often, could it kill beneficial bacteria and promote candida?   [End]

Hi LF20, this is a story of work in progress, not a ”complete success” one but perhaps you’ll find it usefull. I don’t know exactly what the difference between acne,eczema,ringworm,red kind of seborrhea etc but I always had a problem of red or pink small patches on my skin. I used malic acid capsules from New Beginnings and I did a mixture: some of them I swallowed. Then I learned it’s better to dilute them in water and then drink so I opened them and then diluted (recommended by LF some masters). Hi it doesn’t have to be particular meal that causes the attack, it might just be your overall condition. I remember that I experienced once quite strong gallbladder attack (I actually was starting to faint) - and back then I didn’t know anything about liver flushes. Several months later, when I did LF, i passed huge stone of a size of golf ball. It was calcified and calcified stones grow only in gallbladder. This only shows that I could function for several months without ANY symptoms and being quite unhealthy actually. The same might be with you. Diet alone for sure won’t bring miracle ...

Unless you’re in critical situation (like on your way to gallbladder surgery table), I wouldn’t recommend it. You need to give yourself at least 2 weeks - LF is like ’surgery’ and those vital organs (liver, gallbladder) need a bit of time to recover from it. But that’s not a rule of thumb either! You’re unique (others’ advices which worked well for them might not work well for you) and should observe your condition over time. Just start from 2 weeks and then decide Good luck!   [End]

you should keep your intestines as clean as possible before doing lf. Fact that you didn’t SEE anything doesn’t mean you released stones or old bile out of your liver/gb. Simply imagine they still are somewhere in your GI tract! Why you want to have your bowels -more or less- clean, is that the stones might have been caught in the small or big intestine. Being full of toxins/cholesterol, they won’t do any good to your body - the toxis will be back, circulating in your blood until all what lf produced is out. Optimal time for the flush is 10 pm (gallbladder and liver energies peek at that time)... and the flush should be preceeded by ’making the bile ducts open’ - which is normally achieved by taking epsom salts (some people claim Colosan works too) at 6 pm and 8 pm. Hi, I’m just planning parasite-(in theory at least)-safe diet. I thought removing meat (and applying some other rules like washing veggies etc, etc) shall do the trick... but now I read on this forum that from DAIRY, eg. well it might have been your intestines - I’m not sure but I think if they’re not clean, the mixture is likely to pass through very quickly - can anyone verify that? It’s just a thought.
