I always suggest doing at least one coffee enema the day after a liver flush (we typically do two). That might work just as well, and be less expensive, easier, and less time consuming that colonics. That’s a *lot* of parsley tea - especially when made with fresh parsely. The lower back pain indicates (to me) that some kidney attention is needed. The herbs in the kidney tea/tincture are primarily for dissolving build-up throughout the kidneys and increase urination. The amount of increase in urination varies substantially from person/condition to person/condition. That shouldn’t have much (if any) effect on serum med levels. I’ve read of people doing it both ways (shaving, and water/milk titration). ’Seems to me that if it works to mix it in liquid (which dissolves it into the smallest possible state), it would work just fine to ’shave it’ (which wouldn’t be a thorough as dissolving it as would the liquid). Assuming you’re attending to the various aspects of good health, the Prozac & Armour shouldn’t be much of a problem at all. And they’re likely providing some level of support for the weaning off the others. A ’therapeutic dose’ to me, is one that is decidedly therapeutic for someone. Hence you might want to think about leaving the HC at some level of a therapeutic dose while tapering off the last of the Valium...and then conclude with tapering off the last of the HC. It’s really up to you and your doctor within...I doubt that there’s a ”right” choice. If I’d shared what you did above, I’d probably decide to leave the Valium where it is (or make very small cuts once a month, or something like that), and start cutting the HC more aggressively. A few quick thoughts in response to the posts in this thread (edited)... --Good for you for taking responsibility for your health and getting out those stones! --It’s highly unlikely that taking any encapsulated supplement before doing a CE has anything to do with the action of that particular CE. For those in-the-know, tapering off HC is usually started at the same rate as tapering off benzos. So a 50% cut is pretty-much outrageous. As far as ’what to do now’ - that all depends upon if you’ve stabilized/adjusted to the cut or not...what you want to do, and what you discern your body can tolerate. As with the benzos, cutting too much too quickly can easily result in symptoms that last for many months (even years), rather than being over in 2-4 weeks with the smaller cuts. After appearing to be in ’tolerance withdrawal’ at 10mg...and then very recently upping your dose substantially (to 15mg), it is my opinion that it’s highly unlikely you’re dealing with tolerance again in such a short time. Every thing  WILL "even out" as long as you stay consistent.  You need to get into a pattern/rhythm that YOU can control.  Can "tolerance happen" in the time frame you mention?  Yes, tolerance can happen in as little as 4-6 weeks (which is why in Great Britain, benzos are strongly recommended to be utilized for sleep/anxiety for six weeks or less - and NOT as the ’drug of first choice’)! Define ”stable” as being as symptom-free as possible without altering the dosage for stable-consistent 2-3 weeks. #1 rule - after stabilizing, stick to a VERY consistent schedule while cutting. 100 proof alcohol is 50% water - 50% alcohol. So when you use 100 proof, you are extracting into alcohol AND water. I wouldn’t make a tincture using less alcohol than 80 proof (60% water 40% alcohol) for storage at room temperature. A lowered platelet count is known as thrombocytopenia, and an enlarged spleen can lower the platelet count. IF#1 has nothing in it that reduces odor. It has herbs that increase peristalsis directly and herbs that increase peristalsis indirectly by increasing bile flow. I’ve never known anyone with a compromised/congested liver that starts doing ANY type of liver work (even a few CEs), that doesn’t have an immediate increase in gas and foul smelling bms. It’s not like any typical ”bm smell” one typically smells (unless it’s a bm after eating things that activate or cleanse the liver). IF#1 doesn’t have anything to do with the smell of elimination. I recall that you have long-term hepatitis - and liver issues of that severity ALWAYS cause various symptoms & issues with the GI tract (no matter what else is being done). I think (perhaps?) people are speaking of the major difference between what I’d call ”naked metal” and the kind of metal used in common one-gallon jar lids...which is typically a blend of metal (easily bendable) with a heavy enamel (or enamel type) coating.
