I think for the purposes of the detox flush though, raw eggs are the only option, since heating the eggs or boiling them or pasturizing them, would create bad cholesterol. Any type of thermal modification of the chemical structure, turns that good cholesterol into bad, so i would avoid anything cooked, especially eggs. if you notice, cooked eggs will make you nervious and strung out, while raw eggs will calm you down to a very mellow point.
