Hi Nicole, Oh yes, this thing was nasty! I wound up putting the emery board to it tonight and it has improved even more. I’m quite sure that by next week when I file it down, there won’t be anything there. One thing about filing at this point, I have to be careful because if I go too deep it will bleed. I think you need to add lots of salad greens, with a little organic additive free dressing (with a bit of good fat). Say, two salads a day. Don’t worry, leafy greens don’t have so many carbs and they are incredibly good for you and help clean out and energize your body. It sounds like you are hardly eating any raw food, that’s why I suggest this. Have you tried eating mostly raw foods? And one more idea, try drinking 2-3 cups of green tea a day. try using even less blackstrap molasses, and don’t mix with the maple syrup. I think you’re supposed to use half the amount of molasses as the maple. For you, maybe even less. If one tablespoon still seems like too much, then maybe two teaspoons? One teaspoon? I believe that CoQ10 facilitates energy at the cellular level. It helps your body complete its functions easier, something like that. Some people find a daily dose beneficial, like you. I am not sure of all the details but it’s supposed to be great for overall health so I would imagine that by taking some daily you would inprove your specific problems. You should start the BPs immediately, one a day, and then work your way up to 2 or 3. It usually bloats people (slows them down) rather than making them immediately need to eliminate, as it is busy expanding and absorbing stuff. well, I think skin is a great mystery, because I had a slob roommate in college who was lived off of stuff like pop-tarts and pizza (ONLY junk food) and as a result she was grossly overweight, and all she did was skip class and watch TV. And don’t forget - wheat and milk are common allergens, stimulate mucus, etc. Maybe not the best thing to eat after a cleanse (or in general). Next time, maybe you should start with fruit, a green salad, something like that (raw and healthy) before eating stuff like your (typical?) breakfast (which is congesting and not very healthy). I can’t imagine putting Crisco on my face! I think the hydrogenated fatty acids would be bad for the skin, because of the free radicals. You might try olive or sesame oil, perhaps mist your face with water and then mix just a drop or two of the oil and massage on face. Actually there was a girl who went to my sister’s school who was always blabbing about putting cooking oil on her face as a moisturizer - and she had terrible skin, so who would want to listen to her? You said you drank a ”fruit drink” which leads me to believe it was not fresh fruit juice but rather some boxed/bottled drink that has been devitalized. Do you have this same experience with FRESH fruit and juices? Perhaps small amounts of the fresh juice mixed 50/50 with water? In my opinion, there are several ideal female body shapes. It can be any body type, such as hourglass, thin and toned, or more musclar... the thing they all have in common is that they are FIT bodies. Naturally there are different shapes due to bone structure, genetics, etc. But all the bodies I admire are relatively slender, with some degree of muscle tone/definition. Yes, you should browse through old posts in these parasite forums. The general idea is there is no harm in doing a parasite cleanse (even if one is not sure they have parasites, which almost everyone does). In your case, you should definitely do one! After the parasites cleanse you might consider the liver cleanse, for your allergies, and of course the bowel cleanse, etc... The most important thing is to get started with your parasite cleanse. At the very worst, nothing will happen, but I doubt that is the result in your case. Hope it all works out!   [End]
