OK, so I see the benefits of fasting....Although you hear all the blahh about slowing metabolism etc...I tried to fast one day so far & felt awful! I’m 39 & in college...I couldn’t study because I was soooo hungry & light headed. Any thoughts? Does this go away after a day or 2???   [End]
