I am sorry for the late reply. I read magnesium was suppose to dissolve calcification, also. So that’s great. Magnesium is also great for depression, When I was first starting out I would add a few raw walnuts or raw pumpkin seeds to my salad or smoothie and Presto NO, depression. Supplements would work also, I try not to take supplements, unless I really have to. Food offer macro and micro nutrients, so you get additional benefits. Magnesium supplements may make you sleepy, so it may be best to take at night before bed, if you try it out. Healthy diet, exercise, ...
