What about milk substitutes? Is lactose-free or soy milk okay? And why ”yellow” cheese as opposed to non-yellow cheese?
Of side note, I found that eggs helped my inflammation when I had the skin inflammation. And rice, which makes some people constipated, helps my stools to become better formed. I’m going to try Vitamin E. However, I read that Aloe Vera is a laxative (http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/aloe-vera/NS_patient-Aloe), so I don’t think I’m going to try that, at least not for now.
