Blackstrap Molasses is rich in nutrients and esp. minerals. Personally, I prefer it. You will use less molasses than maple syrup - I wouldn’t worry about the amount, depending upon the number of days you fast you might decrease the amount after a couple of days anyways due to cleansing....hope this helps. Hmm I do have a very thin white coating.
But I do drink easily half a gallon of water a day [ I do a lot of sports] ...maybe I should cut down on my water intake.
I also do not have any symptoms of candidia that I can tell

Anyway, what symthom is it that you have? My tongue is colored white but you can’t scrape anything of even after taking a sample you can’t see anything under a microscope.
I do feel some soreness in my throath though although there is nothing to see either, neither is there anything to see on the sides of my mouth or where ever.
I also don’t seem to lack in energy or so or other ailments. I’ll take things to my heart though and follow a cleansing program together with a banning of sugars and cer ...

I’m directing this message to persons who have the same problem I have. The problem is that I have a white tongue! No, it’s not candidas or trush. I’ve been tested for Hiv,diabetes, hepatitis, anemia, and a whole lot of other stuff, they’ve taken a sample of my tongue and performed a gazilion tests on it in 2 different laboratories in Springfiels and Boston ...and guess what..nothing. Meaning it’s not viral nor bacterial iaw they just don’t know.
I also have no other side effects meaning I feel as healthy as a fish, between all the sports I do :-) I have no skin condi ...

I recieved an e-mail from someone who told me he had the same problem and it went away.
About the diet ... hmm I always think I eat well ...meaning lots of fruit and nuts etc.. and almost no meat....[ maybe that’s the problem].
Anyway, I kissed a girl in China maybe I got infected with a parasite or something and I will follow the advise to do the cleansing. Maybe my liver is kind of weakened ... somethimes my eyes are white and other times they’re a little off with some little bloodveins in them.
anyway I start today with some clay ..and I’ll keep yo ...

I have a white tongue as well. It’s not really furry and there are not patches or a thick white layer and it appears on the upper surface of the tongue it’s just colored white. Oh yeah and the tip is normal. It also tingles a little on diffenrt places. It happened 4 months ago when I came back from a trip from China. I fell pretty sick in China0
I’ve been very scared since I thought I had HIV ....but my blood tests are all negative. Then they thought it was anemia or diabetes .. so they conducted some more tests ... to no avail though, since I’m negative for those as well. ... so ...
