Oh Ok. I’ve read how to properly fast, drink according to thirst, water only, get plenty of rest, carefully re-feed on some fruit or squeezed juices and slowly introduce foods.
I would like to try it, the only thing is the rest part, I walk a very big energetic dog an hour each day, and commute a lot to work, and do some standing and moving around.
But I’ve read that obese people have more energy while fasting, and can go a month with normal energy levels.
I could try it and if I get too lethargic or faint, maybe do week or 2 week fasts with raw foods in between?
