In my seven flushes, sometimes, I would lie on my back and sometimes on my side. Personally, I could not tell if it made any difference. I would suggest the liver cleanse. The day of your cleanse, eat or drink nothing after 2:00 pm. Mix 4 tablespoons Epsom Salt with 3 cups water (or fresh grapefruit juice) and place in your refrigerator, if you wish. At 6:00 pm, drink 3/4 cup of this mixture and then again at 8:00 pm.
