I was thinking of getting a distiller until I read that completely neutral water drags in carbon dioxide extremely quickly and this makes the pH of the water very acidic (commonly about 5). Isn’t it likely that over-acidity of the water supply is part of the health problem? there are mineral waters with pH’s which are much more alkaline due to the mineral content, and volvic for example contains silica which apparently helps to chelate aluminum, which is a major water contaminant. volvic pH is 7 and evian is 7.18 I believe. my doctor agreed to let me have a blood test for mercury and lead. I am worried though that, even if the blood test is negative, this does not mean that there isnt toxicity. Both my doctor and the nurse who did the test said that they had never been asked to do this test before. It doesnt increase my confidence. its interesting about the mercury in onions thing. presumably that would be from fertiliser but what kind of quantities are we talking about here? isnt it all relative? doesnt everything contain small amounts of mercury in our polluted world? have you tried doing the chlorella separate from the coriander? I still cant figure out what the problem is when I take this stuff unless I am just plain intolerant to it.. how confusing. I’m in a similar position except that my dentist wont talk about chelation or diet at all . . . I thought I had my candida under control too, but since I started taking chlorella and had the first amalgam replaced last week I’ve been a total wreck and I’m sure the candida has all come back . . . without chicken I would be lost. eggs I’m still not sure about: I think they give me problems but cant isolate it . . . . good luck. he didn’t give me a choice about which composite to use but I forgot to ask him the name of it. I know he needed a laser to harden the composite and it took much longer than the old amalgam fillings used to. afterwards there was a lot of polishing going on which I wasnt expecting. I have just ordered chlorella as I am going to get my 13 mercury fillings replaced gradually. I read elsewhere that there is no point in starting any chelation until the fillings are removed because the chelating process pulls mercury out of the fillings as well as out of you so it can make things worse.   [End]

I was reading a book about food intolerance and he does go into the case of a woman who had ’tried everything’ and still wasn’t well but when she went to see a psychiatrist he was able to bring up deep psychological problems that she had never related to her physical symptoms. This is my first message so please bear with me as a newbie. I have been off work since early september with a host of problems which are clearly all related. I might get onto that later but my first question is, if I have stiffness on each side of the neck from the ear to the bottom of the neck is that caused by a problem with the lymph glands or is that a muscular problem?
