oh that’s so great that you use a pendulum!!! :) I use kinesiology myself, and yes it IS tough to use it for supplements/foods guidance at times. But I’ve seen people use the pendulum to great effect for wonderful guidance. Some candida people do fine wtih a bit of unsulphured molasses or brown rice syrup or even grade B maple syrup as their sweetener. When you have diarrhea you get dehydrated. In order to rehydrate properly you need to take a bit of salt with your fluids so your brain signals your body to retain the water rather than expel it. Put your vanilla rice dream on the hot cereal before you add the oil and it should be okay. Once you get it into your bowl the temperatures are such that they shouldn’t hurt the oil. Buckwheat is debatable. For most people, it’s so far off their immune system’s radar that they won’t react to it at all. But some people with severe celiac disease react to any kind of gluten proteins. You know, that’s a list/glossary I mean to work on because most people are not aware that there are different kinds of chiropractors. They can use different tools to adjust you that are very easy on the body. One tool is an ”activator” that works a little like a gun. Same with massage techs. Im not sure. But I use to be concerned about that same issue. But I actually get more stones with the oxy than I did with the ES. And when I did enemas and no oxy OR ES. I got very few stones. So it looks to me like the magnesium in the oxy opens the bile ducts.   [End]

Liver tastes great if you prepare it right! but to have it be that low there must be something else going on. Are all your other tests normal? Kidney and such? Low hemoglobin isn’t always low iron. It can be low folic acid too. Your doctor should have given you a prescription for folic acid. If they didn’t, get a new doctor. Eating half a grapefruit every day is a great way to get folic acid. Ear candling would take care of the problem, but you have to find the right kind of candles. They are hollow. You can probably find them online. Cover a paperplate with foil, punch a hole in the middle, stick the candle in it, pointy-end in the ear, light it on fire - the paper plate is to protect the head from the fire - and the smoke/heat creates a vacuum that pulls out impacted wax and such. Nope! beets and carrots keep their amazing ability to help the body even when cooked. I simply boil beets. I clean them, take off the greens, cut them in halves or quarters and boil them in just enough water to cover. Takes about 45 minutes. Just until fork-tender, not totally soft. Chop into bite-sized pieces, butter and serve! :) That’s a great liver-cleansing salad! Be sure to use some kind of oil too in order to force the liver to give up bile. Overdosing on Epsom salts does not induce sleep at all. It messes up your electrolytes, especially calcium. Most insomnia is due to calcium deficiency, which you certainly will have after fasting all day, and which magnesium will exacerbate. I do not use Epsom salts when liver flushing. Hi Rainflower! :) Guggal takes fats out of the bloodstream. It’s a natural cholesterol-lowerer, basically. Vitex is a hormone regulator, and it’s practically the ONLY safe one to take! Before taking either of these things, get a basic physical done and see what your blood looks like overall. If your cholesterol is normal, you don’t need the guggal and in fact it may do more harm than good at that point. It probably has a lot to do with poor circulation (drink the cleansing drink with cayenne and dry brush), poor wound healing too, which is mainly a lack of zinc, A, C, E, and B vits. There is a combination of allergies and weak digestion going on here - diabetes is a kind of weak digestion really. You may simply have a very small pancreas, which would mean not only do you need to limit sugars, but you also need to limit white rice and pasta too.
