yes this is normal, i lost 120 pounds on a water fast straight. i was 320 im not sure if you are as heavy as i was, but my advice to you is to drink alot of water that way you can constantly pee lol if you are serverly overweight that is greatly needed, when you get up from bed sit up at the end of the bed and breathe in really deep a few times before getting up that gets rid of the dizzyness, and i suggest that you drink at least 500 mls of water a week once a week. do this because being over weight your sugar levels may drop faster than if you were more fit, anymore questions just email ...
