stats today: 154 lbs., 27% bodyfat, 41 lbs.of fat
well, looks like i was a little more than 150 - this is due to my period i am sure i am getting soon, and also i quit smoking last week and have been eating a little more due to it. i am 150 on a good day, so hopefully today (which is a scheduled day of eating raw, fruits and vegetables) today will get me back down to 150 lbs. so that i can begin my water fast on that number tomorrow!
i did some number work last night, and came up with these realistic (i think) fasting goals!!!
