another thing I have been wondering about lately is tattoo’s. Some inks like red have alot more metal in them then other inks but I think all colors have metal in them. I see a lot of pictures on here that arent in focus and I think it would be a great help to be able to see what is in the picture. Every camera has a min and max focusing distance, have a look at your manual and find out what is the closest to an object you can be-- if you a closer you will never be in focus. taking iron and liquid minerals really helped me, I have read that if your body temp isn’t high enough your metabolism runs slower meaning everything runs slower and it takes a lot more work for your body to get anything done so it works harder making you sweat more. I would say that if eating the potato’s helps you get thru then do it. maybe try cooking them by baking in the oven or steaming or boilng or something the microwave sucks. salsa is really good on top. eat more nuts and seeds as well and try to up your fat a bit it will help you stay full longer. i am a potato lover and find them really helpful when trying to diet and change the way i eat, eventually you will eat them less.   [End]

Thanks so much for your response. I have been taking spirulina for years(and swear by it) but it doesnt seem to be enough and I think the addition dulse will help. As for not minding the flavor ... .Im not a huge salt lover and really dont enjoy dulse but ill take it anyway and manage. I would have takin much more thinking its what I needed so Im glad its only a teaspoon!!!!   [End]

Can anyone tell me how much seaweed /dulse (teaspoon?/tablespoon?) you have to eat to get your bodys needed minerals ? I dont really like it but would rather eat it then buy a supplement and I really dont want to eat more then I have to. I was told my minerals are very low (I had a parasite for a long time). I have just found cure zone in the last week or so and I think its great. Sounds like you are doing a great job with your new lifestyle and are on your way to better health. I was vegitarian then vegan and then mostly vegan raw for a total of 8 years. I was the worlds pickiest eater and hated all veggies but decided to become veggie--haha. I was just reading your message as I am trying to find a way to increase my body temperature. A year ago I went to see a Naturopath for a variety of health problems and found out my temp is low, she(the ND) suggested I take more minerals to get my temp elevated.
