Hi need2eatless, I’m on day 2, you weigh in the morning, I usually weigh myself at night. I just checked and have lost 3 lbs already (water weight). By tonight or tomorrow morning you should be down at least 3 pounds. Anyhow, hopefully we can stick this thing out. It’s also good to keep a fasting diary -I write down my starting weight and each day’s weight, any negative symptoms etc. When I did long fast last year, I sometimes had mild nausea and some back pain, but for the most part, everything went smooth.
