There is a lot of protein sources :
- All dairy products are good source of proteins: milk, cheeses,fat-free yogourt (cow or goat milk)
-Eggs: hard boiled is good for snack, omelettes etc.
-soy products (tofu,edamame,soy milk)
-nuts (almonds,brazilian, pumkin,hazel nuts..)
-legumes; lentils, chick peas,hoummus, red kidney beans, black beans...( at the health food store you can find some pate with different typse of nuts or beans)
*if you are not familiar with legumes start by adding some ”salad mix” ( in a can: rinse very well!) to your favorite salad with feta cheese,also ...
