Yay! Day 3 started! I’m feeling great so far! This morning when I got up I was feeling hungry and my stomach was making weird noises. I had a great night sleep, as always. I got up and had a very normal BM in color and size but unusually smelly, So it made me wonder if the juice I’m making still has fiber on it or it’s just what was already on my system. I have to read more about this subject and wait and see how the next days evolve. Day 2 was a breeze, I had 2 fresh home made juices before noon and then at work I had 2 bottled juices, I still have to figure out how my juicing is going to be when I’m at work. I’m so excited about my new juicer, I love it! I couldn’t wait to get home to make some new creation. My DH went grocery shopping for me because I didn’t have time. yay! I made it to Day 2! My husband thinks I’m crazy and he told me last night he hopes I don’t get sick for doing this fast. Today I weighed myself as soon as I got up. I lost 4 lbs. And even though I know it’s all water weight I’m a bit worried, as I said I don’t want lo lose a lot of weight I’m 5’6 and started @ 143 lbs. Scale said 139 lbs this morning. Yesterday was Day 1, I didn’t have a juicer so I only drunk bottled juices, apple, pineapple and cranberry. The day went by very smooth. I started to get a mild headache and mild hunger pangs around 2:00 PM. Today is day 1. After all I read about juice fasting I decided to give it a try. I’m starting today because it’s Monday and it’s the 1st day of March, even though I’m not ready, I haven’t gone grocery shopping and I don’t have my juicer yet. I’m doing both thing today.
