I am trying 1/4 to 1/2 tab of LiOr (Lithium Orotate) for several days now, and do not seem to be craving the DE water as much. Hmmm. Am also sleeping better. Hi Hv, Someone very close to me was born with an intestinal malrotation for which he has had several major surgeries throughout his lifetime. Most MDs have never seen or heard of this condition. Hi Alexandria, I was wondering about the power of the sun to help me make Vitamin D as well. When I take the supplement, the lower backs of my legs do not hurt. When I sit out in the sun (shadow shorter than me in middle Tennessee) for 30 minutes or more, I do not get the same effect. My body is not making/converting/using Vitamin D to the same effect that I am supplementing with - several thousand units as needed at night.   [End]

Interesting point. I have had bad posture most of my life (just turned 52); mom would always fuss at me to stand up straight - as moms do. Have been experimenting with Iodine for several, several weeks/months - several different types; have noticed that I stand taller with better posture.   [End]
