I’ve been using an egg white mask and oil pulling and my skin has not looked this bad since I can remember. Has anyone else had this experience with egg white? I experienced the same problems at first. I just stuck with it and eventually the sensitivity went away-- I also started flossing and that really strengthened my gums and took away some of the lower-tooth sensitivity. Rather than try to measure out salt and soda, I use Weleda brand Salt toothpaste. Its flouride free, too. happy brushing!   [End]

I use Nutiva brand coconut oil. It’s completely unrefined and delicious. I have noticed that the sesame gives me more energy and sense of well-being (I guess it jump-starts my metabolism), but I’m willing to put that on hold while the coconut is getting some gross stuff out of my system. I’ve noticed that a deep-seated blister on my finger I had from a burn I got weeks ago is suddenly peeling, almost like it’s been pulled to the surface. I don’t know if sesame oil started the process and coconut oil just quickened it, but for right now I’m sticking with CO. Good luck finding your groove!   [End]

My boyfriend and I have pulling for just over a week (”the family that pulls together stays together!”). We were doing sesame but I wondered just what coconut oil would do as I’ve previously had strong reactions to ingesting it. I tried yesterday and today. I have been doing a gentle bowel cleanse called ”First Cleanse I” by RenewLife. I just read the ingredients and it has many of the same herbs that in Humaworm but seems to be less powerful. I am not passing any visible parasites. I’ve only been taking it for about two weeks. Should I stop right now or finish the course? I want to take my Humaworm as soon as it comes!!   [End]

Hello all! I just ordered my first course of Humaworm and I’m excited, but I must say that I’m nervous as well. My question is this: what if I do the cleanse and it’s just enough to stir up the parasites but not to kill them? What if they are aggravated enough to vomit toxins into my body and move around, but they don’t die? Will I end up with more problems than I started out with?
