Also in the beginning when I notice that I kept failing, I took another temporary route to insure success... I began to cut out foods. Like first I start only eating meats, like fish, chicken, steak... any variation, fried, baked, broiled, grilled... whatever. Sooner or later you will go into ketosis and you won’t even want to eat.
