I too had the sensations in the hands and feet, mostly feet, when I first started on Iodoral too. After I had been on for a couple months and was doing great I started getting an electrical shock feeling along the outsides of my feet. I started him out with a couple of drops 2 times a day for a couple of months, then we just used it when he would catch a cold. He only needed his inhalers and breathing treatments when he was sick with a cold, but after we started him on the drops and he became sick again, he never needed the steroids anymore. You can boil a pan of water and put 2 or 3 drops of oregano in the water and breath the steam too. That always helped open up his airways when he was sick too.   [End]

When I started I jumped right in with both feet at 50 mg per day and went up to 100 very quickly. Karma, Look into oregano oil for respiratory issues and especially for asthma. My son had asthma years ago. We changed his diet (took him off of wheat and dairy) and started him on oregano oil, and from those changes alone he never had another asthma attack again. We still stick with the diet and only give oregano oil now if he has a cold, but he breathes normal at night even with a cold now. I started Iodoral in June. I began at 50 mg. and went up from there to 100 mg. pretty quickly. I noticed my periods being noticeably better from the first period.
