Yes, the carb/sleep issue is very common. Whenever I eat lots of carbs or ANY sugar, I go to sleep VERY VERY quickly. It makes me crash as well and I have no energy immediately after eating those. Hello- I am a Candida sufferer and I eat 2 green apples everyday WITH my meals and never have problems. I do not follow the seperation rule with my fruits and it never harms me. Your problem may or may not stem from eating them together. Then again, you may or may not have a problem with the green apple itself. It may be the oatmeal. Hello 36887- I am so sorry to hear about your plight and am wishing you well. I think the advice given by TC-12 is great advice because getting those tests done will definately help you figure out where the problem originates. In the meantime, there is an EXCELLENT deoderant powder called Vagisil that is EXCELLENT at covering odors. Normally, it is for women (used on the external vaginal area) but anyone can use it. Hello Geek0- I am sorry to hear about your plight. In my opinion, just want to say be VERY careful about getting the advice of people concerning your animals. I would be very cautious about giving my pet something that I would take like antifungals, etc. Some of these products are probably made for human consumption only. As far as the antibiotic from the vet, there is a possibility that your cat was made much worse after taking the antibiotic because as we all know, even when humans take antifungals, the symptoms ALWAYS get much worse before they get better. Hello 30782- I am glad to hear you are having good experiences w/GSE as well. Hope you can get the mediciny taste out of your mouth though. :-) Yes, you definately can ingest the GSE. I think you can use anywhere from 5-10 drops in 1 cup water. (don’t quote me because I am not sure of the EXACT amount). I have had SEVERE memory problems for as long as I’ve had Candida. I’ve read many times that Candida can severely affect memory. Sometimes my memory is sooo bad that It can put me in some embarrasing situations...(ie: forgetting someone’s name RIGHT AFTER they’ve told me, forgetting what someone said to me RIGHT AFTER they’ve said it, forgetting instructions at work, etc...). Hello 8693- Thanks for posting. NO I have not tried those things but I have tried Yeast Cleanse for Candida and it has not helped. I have just recently been on a vegetarian diet and things are actually looking up. Actually I think things are improving (slowly but surely) so I will keep everyone posted on how things end up. hello jilted- I used tohave body odor and bad breath but since I’ve been taking the Zinc and Wheatgrass, the body odor disappeared. THe bad reath is still there though. I’m not really sure why. Hydrogen Peroxide is supposed to be diluted with water. Make sure you are doing this. In order to mask the taste I always hold my nose while drinking the HP mixture QUICKLY. Then I have 4 green grapes immediately afterward while I am holding my nose. (You cannot taste anything without the sense of smell). You have to do this quickly though because you cannot hold your breath too long. The green grapes mask the aftertaste. It works! Good luck.   [End]

I am taking 1 Zinc pill each day and 1 1/2 teaspoon of Wheatgrass in 1 cup of watereach day and that seems to take care of the body odor as long as I do not eat meat. I’ve been reading on MANY different websites and several books that Hydrogen Peroxide is EXCELLENT for Candida. HP is oxygen and fungus and bacteria cannot survive in an oxygenated environment, so you will be killing the candida. Belly buttons have a tendency to smell at times because most times, when we wash our bodies, we tend to sometimes skip over that area not know it. I havent gotten ompletely rid of my Candida but when I first started taking antifungals and changing my diet to no sugars, no cargohydrates and no dairy, I was itching like crazy for two weeks.
