Well, I messed up my fast that I’ve been doing for 3days ALL because I was drinking some fitness water that I thought would be ideal for my water fast. Alas, IT WASN’T.
God willing, I will start my new water fast Thursday 22nd...1 day away.
Does anyone want to join me or give me advice or tips on how to do this fast smoothly? I’m 5’5 and as of today, 243lbs. I’m aiming for a 40 day fast.
