Bergen, when I broke my 40 day fast in May, I was told by my chiropractor to do broth, vegetable broth. Well...I felt like MUD with it, after all those days of raw lemon, my body felt HORRIBLE. So I did the fresh orange, BUT..I diluted it very strongly at first with water. It felt AMAZING, but I didn’t have ANY of the yuck hypoglycemic body reactions I have sometimes while I’m eating solid food.
