If you decide to do more fasts, especially if you continue with a weekly one day fast, you can break with other whole fruits. Arnold Ehret has broken his fasts with grape juice, grapes, prunes. Some folks have broken with cabbage and popcorn, with the opinion that these things scrub your insides.
