Well, assuming that you work out regularly (as stated in a previous post), and assuming your ideal ”muscle” weight to be around 220 lbs, what you could try is the following:
Be sure you’re drinking about 80 oz of water per day in addition to any other fluids. Keep in mind that caffeine drinks increase the need for water, but obviously there comes a point where you simply can’t drink any more fluid so limit caffeine-containing drinks (one coffee per day max, for example).
