Goodness, I’m a raw foodie and I hardly ever eat nuts except in raw energy bars. Can you eat seeds?
Make salads, raw soups in a blender, raw juice, sprouted lentils, beans, chickpeas, soaked wild rice, eat avocados, you can puree fruit to make ”apple sauce” or smoothies, you can get a spiral slicer and make raw pasta from cucumber or zucchini and raw tomato sauce from blended tomatoes (I add 2 large grated carrots for thickness and sweetness, and you can add grated garlic, ginger, herbs, a tbsp of oil... ect.) the possibilities are endless. I see more recipes with almonds than I do waln ...
