While water kefir seems to be the rage of the day, I have a few more questions about water kefir. What can we add to it, besides ginger or coconut? For example, can I add liquid minerals or digestive enzymes, or liquid vitamins to the mix? HV, you said to avoid inorganic fruit due to the sulfur content. Are there any other minerals to avoid? HV, Now that I’ve actually managed to survive chemo, I have a couple of vanity questions for you. I am now growing hair, but it’s coming back coarse and dark...with too much gray. I’ve always been a redhead, so looking in the mirror gives me a shock. (It’s better than the bald head, though!) Is this change due to toxins coming out? Before going on to your question the biggest mistake I saw you make was the progesterone cream. There are two reasons for this. First of all progesterone creams have been shown to activate human papilloma viruses (HPV), which among other cancers causes breast cancer. On top of that, even though progesterone is an estrogen antagonist, it is also a estrogen precursor and therefore can increase estrogen feeding the cancer.
