I have noticed something very interesting. My bouts of extreme spondylitis always happen after a flare up of my ulcerative colitis. I am really quite confused regarding fibre. You say to stay away from soluble fibre. Soluble fibre apparently has a protective mechanism for the gut as it forms a glupey substance when it absorbs water. I have been reading about Bob Becks zapping technology and have one major concern.
