I got better, then I had to return to Spain, since my mother is suffering a lot and she is facing a terrible situation here with the Social Security (SS) You can not imagine how bad are these guys. When you have time, do a hair analysis at ”Doctor’s Data” or ”Genova” labs to get an idea if you have any. 1.- Deficiencies: for sure I was on a very restrictive Diet, and due to my lack of knowledge I had omitted all fats, except a little extra virgin olive oil.
