Yes it is quite reasonable. Some years ago lab tests suggested that quercetin and EGCG in green tea move zinc into cells like hydroxychloroquine does. Be careful about stirring up heavy metals (HMs) with large amounts of glutathione or precursor cysteine in various ”green juices” etc. There is a single thiol (SH) that is like a HM magnet. Not everyone with C19 is anxious. Some have the components of the FLCCC I-MASK+ protocol. It is probably more effective than what you’ll get from the hospital--assuming your oxygen is not too low.
