It’s good to have a foal time to fast, however, if your body hit the point of ”true hunger”, you will need to stop fasting and start refeeding. I have a goal of 30 days, but if ”true hunger” hit, I will stop fasting as well. IF you are more then 30 lb. over weight, your body can usually handle up to a 40 day fast. However, from the stats you’ve given me, it sounds like you aren’t even over weight at all.
