How do you all do it?....Starting the IMAM with the iodine. I already eat around 4 teaspoons of salt on food a day or more. I am switching to the pure sodium chloride on my food too. So I have never used ascorbic acid for Vit C. Only acerola, alma, etc. I started with the Vitamin C Foundation GMO free, yeah right, powder. Glad you are on the mend. Two years ago after oil pulling for a year an old crown back molar of mine acted up and I had to get it pulled. I was taking the colodial silver (after reading some of your posts about it) a few days before I had it out and after.
