Ruth, When I first heard that I have U.C. I talked to a Research Scientist friend of mine and he said that the pain is from candidias and I should take a good brand of multidophilus two or three times a day, and stay away from sugar. That’s all forms of sugar. Hope that helps. Bill   [End]

Ruth, I just happened to be looking around at the U.C. pages, because that is what I have, when I saw your message. I felt bad that no one answered you. I have had U.Colitis for two and a half years. Im 68 yrs old so this rottin disease is ruining my retirement. I have spent hunderds of hours on the net. Thousands of dollars on ’junk’ like Molcure, and thousands more on Doctors that do not know the latest research.
