I am 36/male. I used to be 5 years vegetarian.
Diet recommendation is no sugar, no soya, no refined carbohydrates, low copper diet. I am nearly on Paleo diet, but I am using some rice and potatoes. I don’t eat grains, dairy, sugars... I am trying to eat a lot of bone broths and cooked vegetables and I stopped with vegetarian food, I eat meat regularly. I can’t be on very low carb, I am feeling worse with it and loosing weight.
For digestion I am taking Super Enzymes form Now foods and I am tolerating it very well.
