Basically, I follow the Paleo Diet. No sugars, no starches (including sweet or starchy vegetables: carrots, peas, corn, tomatoes, potatoes, died beans, lentils, barley, humus, etc.) no dairy, no nightshades (tomatoes, potatoes, peppers). The GAPS diet is also OK and very similar. All meats are good except bacon and some sausages that contain sugar. Eggs are good. No diet drinks unless it is something like herbal tea sweetened with 100% pure stevia. I drink purified water and unsweetened almond milk. [End]
