This is an interesting topic you bring up. I have had a heck of a time trying to include salt in my diet. For many years I was on a low sodium Vegan (raw foods) diet, and now, every time I use a little salt, I get headaches, nausea, intestinal problems, and even musculoskeletal problems (eg: feeling tight, or low back pain etc.)
I have tried all kinds of salt, including Celtic, and Real Salt (salt mined in Utah). Real Salt seems to work better for me than Celtic salt, I think because birds poop in Celtic salt ;)
Anyway, now that I am using the Water Vitalizer, and am able to drink mu ...
