I had severe hunger the 12th, 13th and 14th. It finally lifted today as did the nausea - again.
I read new cooking magazines all the time and think about food. The difference is I am not thinking about junk food; mostly delicious gourmet, not fat laden, fare - fresh vegetables, meat/fish, herbs, etc.
I am looking forward to eating well on real food rather than stuffing myself with non nutritious things.
