Recipe for making your own herbal tinctures:
Use about 150gr of herbs to about ( almost)1 liter of alcohol for consumption 35-50%, (Vodka will do), put it in a glass jar with a lid ( make sure the herbs are covered with the alcohol). Put it in a dark, cool place and shake every couple of days.
Start at new moon and let it soak for a month. After 3 weeks you can already start to take it.
