I use a flashlight that has a flexible neck, and a tiny led light on the end. it lights up the back up my throat very well. the ’holes’ are salivary gland ducts. there are lots of them in the mouth/throat. I massage mine on a daily basis. sometimes a lot will come out, sometimes nothing. It is definitly the cause of my bad breath.   [End]

I use a tongue cleaner in the morning and at night. at work I use a toothbrush to clean it. not as good but oh well. remember to brush the roof of your mouth and the insides of your cheeks. I use a toothpaste with triclosan in it. this slows down the growth of bacteria somewhat. at work I use a ’neutral’ flavored toothpaste. don’t know if you’ve noticed, but strong flavors can create an issue to. for example, brushing my teeth with a mint toothpaste can leave me with a strong minty odor with fecal undertones. ugh   [End]

I have had issues off and on for as long as I can remember with fecal breath. when I was 5 they took me to a specialist that checked me for leaky gut. nothin. I had heard about tonsil stones a few years ago but had never seen anything in my mouth or throat. recently I bought a flashlight with a long flexible neck and a small led bulb at the end. take a look at my post at the bottom. since cleaning mine out, I have noticed only a little white fluid coming out every now and then. breath is improved somewhat. I am going to try some of the special toothpastes again. I have known about tonsiliths for quite a while but have never seen any in my throat. however, recently I was using a small flashlight to see if my throat was congested and I caught sight of one mostly hidden by a flap of skin. further inspection revealed the same on the other side of my throat only it was completely hidden by skin. When I removed the one that I could kinda see, It had a powerful smell. I am thinking that everytime I swallowed something a little bit of this would break off and create a stink problem. plus it seemed to be a little runny, so even if I didn’t ...
