Great review, I have two juicers sitting on my bench at the moment, a centrifugal, and a top of the line single gear called Oscar, (branded here in New Zealand, same model in the States with a different brand)I currently am juice fasting and at the beginning of the fast for all the reasons you mentioned I began to use the centrifugal juicer. Hi, my last entry is just below yours and as you will see I am on day 9 of a second juice fast. Regarding your question of how much to drink. I have probably averaged about 4 litres of juice a day,mainly vegetable.(careful of too much fruit juices, carrot and beet is sweet enough). I have consumed water in between when ever I felt like it. When you get into the zone your body will tell you what it needs, (food at first, but that will subside),when you are feeling empty and a hunger pang or an image of a big mac pops into your mind drink more, you will soon be satisfied. Hi all, My first posting. I am on day 8 of a juice fast. I have a t cell lymphoma a type which affects the skin. The fast is going well,good energy, and as yet no healing crisis. I have been on a good diet for the last four years and have done a ten day juice fast about 2 years ago. The only thing that is bothering me is my skin. The terrible itching seems to have got worse during the fast,general rash has pretty much stayed the same. Is it the case that existing conditions such as this can be accentuated over a fast.
