One small suggestion I have is magnesium orotate. I’m dealing with leaky gut from candida overgrowth from mercury poisoning...and I know my issues include various deficiencies including magnesium. Dr. Nieper’s orotates are amazing. For you, I would first try magnesium. See how you feel - if it calms you enough (it will definitely help). Then I’d consider zinc and maybe even lithium orotate. I haven’t seen the episode but my sister immediately said on seeing a picture I took of it...that’s from an I Love Lucy episode. It seems to work fine, even if a bit cheesy. I’d say it would be good for anyone as long as a) you don’t use the junk chair they give you with it and b) you are not a big person. I’m 5’4, 133lbs woman.
