It is always interesting in what part of a conversation or letter that people pick out and choose as their battlestand. I am no different as you will see. It speaks volumes about who we are. When we go defensive on those things we speak more about ourselves than we probably want people to know.

I am finishing my first 10 day MC tonight, but did the liver flush last night because I have to travel tomorrow. It was my first liver flush and it was very successful. I would say upwards of 1000 sand grain to pea sized stones came out, also a lot of chaff in the beginning. a flush followiing an MC is good because the gut is cleaned out. I did one epsom salt drink come the morning but did a salt water flush for the second drink instead.
Lots of people finish their MC with a flush, based on my experience, I would not do the flush then try to back on the MC again. I am WAY hungry... and ...

As with so many, its good that you decided to take care of yourself. Nobody else will. And what a great way to rid your body of all the abuse you subjected it too.
My experience was it is much easier to do than you would think and the 10 days have passed quickly. As for juicing, use real lemons or limes for juice. Buy soft lemon and limes, they are the ones that have a lot of juice and are ”ripe”. They sell glass juicers cheaply, if you dont have one I suggest you invest 4-8 dollars for one. Strain the juice too.

Did the liver flush last night on day 9. Going out of town on Tuesday so timing was important. So far passed 20 or so small balls of gritty chaff. Very cool. Feel fine.
Continuing today to finish up day 10 of the MC. I think I am ready for food after today. Could just be the effect of the Liver Flush. We shall see..

the reason for the OJ is to restart the intestinal tract, which, for some reason, the OJ does better than anything else.
I did a search of the archives and found nothing about an alternative to OJ as a 1st day drink, that doesnt mean it is not in there, i just couldnt find it if it was.
my suggestion to you dear geminilady is, go to the ”Ask Andreas” forum here at curzone and post the question there. He is good about getting back to people quickly.

Day 8 for me and yesterday I broke out with a small itching rash with lots of small red bumps on both my shins extending to my inner calf that subsided after a 3-4 hours.
I havent had anything today and all that is left is some of the small red bumps. I am thinking it was the senna tea because I was still drinking the lemonade well into the evening. Going to mix up a new batch of lemonade now as i am hungry. We will see if the rash comes back from that.

It was irritating enough that the original poster didnt take it upon himself to do a little rearch of his own, then, when he directed where to find such information, aka, THE FAQ’s, you come along, ignore the same sage advice, and post info from a different site.

According to Stanley Burroughs, the guy who ”wrote the book”, the formulation is for equal parts lemon/lime juice and maple syrup GRADE B which is very important because of the mineral content..

Hang in there, they say real cleansing doesnt start till day 8. I did the salt water flush the first 2 days, senna tea the next 2 days and both today. The senna was giving me the nastiest cramps the first few days but not anymore. I had butt pee the first day and today, but really bad smelling sludge, the last three days.
You should try the SWF and see if that changes things. Everyone is different. I imagine eveyones body has different levels of accumulation. As for me, I was juicing only for several days before I started the diet ...

I purchase limes from my local Mexican market. Those ”mercados” that most of us pass by while driving. They are usually, by comparison, very cheap. The last bunch I bought was 10/$1 but have purchased the 20/$1 also. They also have key limes, those small ones, a 2 lb bag for $1, sometimes a little more. I have a small hand press for those, which I bought cheaply also at the store and you need about 15 key limes to make a half a cup of juice.
Limes are a staple food in the Mexican diet. They are abundant in Mexico and therefore cheap.

Decided to do this for several reasons, 47 years old, male, 188 1/2lbs when i started, 183 this morning, not running at the efficiency I used too. Also because of joint paint and flexibility issues.
