I have just tried Egaten, and no flukes came out. So I am not going to try Prazinquantel, I was going to get them from VR Drug but have heard bad reports about them. Where is the best place to purchase these from? I’m in the UK.   [End]

Hi Bluepetunia, My partner has been diagnosed with liver fluke, having been very ill for over 4 years. Thank you so much for all you info, its been invaluable. We have just purchased three packs of Egaten from Dr Chieu, and are just about to start the course. I noticed you mentioned that it should be taken with fatty food, so we have made sure we have some in, although it will be painful. Do you mind me asking how you got diagnosed? Also my partner said he feels like a pulling feeling, by his scar where he had his apendics out, do flukes attach themselves to scar tissue? ...
