I really need to be able to do the diet Bill Clinton is on - the Esselstyn diet which is vegan with no oils and no nuts. It is terrifying and I started getting sick just one week after being on it. I appreciate your honest post because I am extremely worried about not getting enough nutrition and I couldn’t find any negative posts until I got to yours.
