Responding to you neuropathy problems. I am having neuropathy in my feet. I think it is coming from my sitting in my computer chair hour after hour. What I am doing about it is to go for long walks. To exercise my body by walking, swinging my arms as I walk. Another thing I am doing is learning to grow the ”Lion’s Mane” mushroom.
