Refeeding should be gradual and minimal, building up slowly to increasing amounts of nutrition. This depends exclusively on bodily demand.
I would recommend fresh juices to begin with, and that is because unless genuine hunger has returned, which in most all cases it hasn’t, digestion needs to be renurtured back into full activity, and juices provide an easy way for the body to digest the nutrition without the bulk of fibre and wholefoods which can be taxing and lead to putrefaction/fermentation.
Whole fruits after a couple of days that are in season are best.

I know enough to know that my backpain was not a symptom of a heart attack, so no ER needed.

If that is the case, and although I am not an expert in readings of GT Tests, a normal fasting blood glucose level should be lower than 95 mg/dL (5.3 mmol/L) (which yours is).
One hour after drinking the glucose solution, a normal blood glucose level is lower than 180 mg/dL (10 mmol/L) (which it is).

I cannot prove that I underwent two extended fasts on distilled water FastingGuru, but that is what I did.
The first fast of 25 days was quite horrendous with severe detox for most of its length, until towards its end where they largely subsided. I recall one of a number of examples many years ago of a chap who ate prodigiously throughout his adult life and had a 5 course meal the night before he was taken ill.
He fasted with complete rest and if my memory serves me correctly, for 40 days.

Exercise will also deplete your muscle reserves much faster on a fast because you will not be replenishing them with the amino-acids they need from your diet.

A 45 day water fast. Has this been supervised by an experienced and qualified fasting supervisor, because if not this is highly irresponsible.
There is a science and fine art to fasting safely and beneficially, so the symptoms you describe are more to do with pathology (starvation) rather than physiology (fasting).

I would use the ”Dynamic Flow Model” of using Vitamin C as outlined by Dr Steve Hickey and Hilary Roberts in their book: Ascorbate: The Science of Vitamin C.
They state that for Vitamin C to be effective, it is not only the dosage, but the frequency of that dosage that is most important. Try 4 Grams at 4 hour intervals for at least 4 weeks to the bowel tolerance level, and couple this with lower doses of the amino acids L-Lysine and L-Proline. [End]
