I can buy raw milk from the nearby farm and I want to make my kefir with it. However, I am not sure if the milk is organic or not so I am concerned. also , I read about parasites that can be found in raw milk. so should I boil it first??? I am pregnant so I dont want to take any risk that may harm the baby.

Eat a non fat diet. No butter , oil or milk . it helps the bile to build up. also stop all pill, vitamins, medicine if you can for a day becuase it might affect the result. [End]

some stuffs they sell are rather expensive. you can get clarkia cheaper from other place. to cleanse the colon, you can use pysillium & bentonite/enema etc. kidney cleanse or liver flush , you can just follow dr clark recipe. I dont know what type of illness that you suffer. If you have other problems like candida, IBS, then you need other supplement. you have to do some research to find a right product for yourself. I cannot advise you on antibiotic. It ’s only a quick fix. I was very healthy until I was on antibiotic for two weeks for my kidney infection 2 years ago. it is strange because you should not have other supplement together with P&B . Bentonite will take away all these vitamins , lactobacillus acidophilus etc along with the toxic waste inside your body. I do understand the problems. To save time, I washed and chopped all fruits and vegetables the nite before. Then I got up an hour earlier as usual in the morning to prepare the juice. I did fruit juice first , and then vegetables so I dont have to wash the extractor again. I did two seperate bottles , one for the fruits for the morning and the other for the vege for the afternoon. It is better to keep them in the fridge/with ice-pack otherwise they will get fermented very quickly in room temperature. Try not to keep the juice overnite. the fresher is better for you. [End]
