I was having some fatigue and achiness, but no stomach pain until I hit 6 drops. I backed off to 4 or 5 and increased the number of times a day to 3...4 on the weekends if I have some time to rest more. The updated protocol seems to suggest not going that high anymore, but instead using MMS more often in a day as it wears off in about 2 hrs. I use lemon juice as an activator and the taste doesn’t bother me. I went up to 6 drops and started to feel flu-like and stopped for 2 days (am also using oxypowder). There is no one way to cleanse but there are some rules of thumb. If you have never cleansed before, it is better to do one protocol at a time, so you can learn what works for you. I am currently doing MMS but also have change my diet (I used the body ecology diet) but any of the non-yeast diets usually work (various versions). My tongue issued cleared up with the diet and the MMS seems to be keeping it that way even if I cheat. What is your diet like? Oftentimes with cleansing you really should stick to a healthy diet of some sort in order to get the most effect from the cleanse/protocol. A few suggestions based on my experience. 1. According to the Body Ecology Diet (greatly developed to combat candida) Quinoa, millet, amaranth, and buckwheat are grains that do not feed yeast. Well, I tried a very weak solution of activated MMS, 1 drop activated in a gallon of water and then diluted it again in the neti pot. No salt. I think it worked well and I am seeing no bad reaction. I have used vaseline on the buttocks which works both to kill them and stop the itching. The pinworms come out at night to spread their eggs then return. The vaseline makes them...get stuck and not go back supposedly. It also helps with the itching. Make sure to change pjs/underewear and wash every morning - no reusing pjs during this time. This helps to give something do conquer the issue while you are waiting for the parasite cleanse to work. Some have said the vaseline alone done religiously can kill off the pinworms without drugs. I have a persistent itchy nose and am thinking it must be some sort of parasite. I often get smaller sores within the inner tip of the nose. I really like my GreenStar. Have had it for about a year and juice daily. Just like any machine or piece of equipment, you need to get to know and experiment with your juicer. It does produce some foam which I remove, but a lot...it’s a relative term so I’m not sure what your considering a lot. The pulp issue: most juices you do strain even from great juicers. It sounds like pinworms. Pinworms come out at night from the anus (usually between 11pm and 1am) and lay their eggs on the buttocks. Just been through this one with my daughter, so know all about it. They are small, threadlike worms that can often be mistaken for lint or pieces of toilet paper. To get rid of them you have some options. You can do a regular parasite cleanse and/or you can take Pin-X or Reese’s Pinworm medicine (over-the-counter drugs). After finding pinworms in my daughter, I had the whole family take Pin-X, disinfected the whole house and started on a parasite cleanse for myself. I want a more thorough one, so just ordered humaworm for the whole family yesterday.
